Returns & Exchanges 

Ordered the wrong size? Changed your mind? Don’t worry - we’ll guide you through it. 

Before you return 

For exchanges and refunds, items must be: 

  • Unused and unworn 

  • In original condition 

  • With all tags and original packaging intact 

Items showing signs of wear or damage due to improper use won’t be eligible, so please check carefully before sending anything back to avoid disappointment. 

If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to help - contact Customer Service before returning your item. 

How do I exchange or return my SoulSoleFlip Flops? 

You’ve got two simple options: 

Option 1: Reorder & Return (fastest option) 

If you’d like the quickest solution, we recommend: 

  1. Place a new order for the size you need 

  1. Return the unwanted pair to us with a note including: 

  • Your name 

  • Your original order number 

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the returned pair. 

Option 2: Return & Exchange 

Prefer a direct exchange? No problem. 

Please return your SoulSoleFlip Flops and include a note with: 

  • Your name 

  • Address 

  • Order number 

  • Preferred size 

Exchange terms 
To keep things fair and simple: 

  • You cover postage back to us 

  • We cover postage back to you 

Exchanges are only available for unworn items in original packaging, with all tags intact. 

Refunds 

If your SoulSoleFlip Flops aren’t quite right and you’d prefer a refund, simply return them with a note including: 

  • Your name 

  • Address 

  • Order number 

Refunded items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, including tags and packaging. 

Refund timescale 

Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to be processed once your return is received. 

Refunds cover the goods only (postage & packaging is non-refundable).

Is there a time limit to exchange my SoulSoleFlip Flops? 

No - there’s no time limit, as long as the flip flops are: 

  • unused 

  • unworn 

  • in original condition 

  • with all tags and packaging intact 

Delivery 

We dispatch orders with care and aim to get your SoulSoleorders to you as quickly as possible. 

Dispatch times 

We aim to dispatch orders placed by 12 noon on the same working day (Monday  Friday). 
Orders placed after 12 noon are typically dispatched the next working day. 

Our warehouse is closed on weekends, so weekend orders will be sent on Monday. 

UK Delivery 

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard UK delivery service. 

This typically arrives within 2–3 working days, although this isn’t guaranteed and may take longer during busier periods (such as Christmas). 

What happens if my parcel is lost? 

Your SoulSoledeliveries are insured, and the vast majority arrive quickly. 

In rare cases of delays, we must allow up to 21 days from the order date before a parcel can be considered lost. We’re unable to replace or refund orders until this period has passed.
