Ordered the wrong size?
You’ve got two simple options:
Option 1: Reorder & Return (fastest)
If you want the quickest fix, simply:
Place a new order for the size you need, then
Post the unwanted pair back to us with a note including:
Your name
Your original order number
We’ll refund the returned pair once received.
Option 2: Return & Exchange
Prefer a direct exchange? No problem.
Please return your SoulSole® Flip Flops and include:
Your name
Address
Order number
Preferred size
Exchanges are only available for unworn items in the original packaging.
For fairness, we ask that:
You cover postage to us
We cover postage back to you
Exchanges are only available for unused, unworn items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear or damage due to improper use will not be eligible.
Please carefully check your shoes are eligible to return to avoid disappointment.

Our SoulSole®Flip Flops are true to size, so we recommend ordering your usual size.

How do I care for my SoulSole®Flip Flops?
SoulSole®Flip Flops are designed to be easy to live with - and easy to keep fresh.
Our unique foam gently moulds to your foot shape over time, giving you an even more personalised feel as you wear them.
Cleaning
They’re totally waterproof and washable.
We recommend:
- Hand-washing in warm soapy water (best option), or
- Machine washing on a gentle cycle, no hotter than 30°C
Avoid hot water - temperatures above 30°C can damage or affect the foam.
Heat & storage care
SoulSole®Flip Flops are perfect for warm climates, but please avoid leaving them for long periods:
- In direct sunlight
- Behind glass (e.g. car windows, conservatories)
- Near high heat sources
High heat can cause the foam to misshape over time.
